Dicyclomine and paracetamol, found in Helplab's SPASMOHELP TAB, are medications that ease cramping and abdominal pain. The anti-cholinergic dicyclomine relaxes the stomach and intestinal muscles (intestine). It ends sudden muscle contractions (spasms), which eases cramping, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Analgesics like paracetamol help reduce pain by preventing the release of specific chemical messengers responsible for it.

 The dosage will vary depending on the condition you are treating and how successfully it alleviates your symptoms. You should take it as your doctor has prescribed. Never take more of it or use it longer than the doctor prescribes. Tell your doctor about all the medications you are currently taking as well, since they may have an impact on this medication or vice versa.
