Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the dispatch of the shipment. Once the shipment is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Return and Refund Policy:

Returns are only accepted for products purchased on our Website and are permitted under the following circumstances:

   - Medicines received are in damaged condition.

   - Incorrect medicines were delivered.

   - Medicines are expired or nearing expiry (less than three months).

Please note that prescription medications and other items marked as non-returnable on our website are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. The product should be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition as received, along with the invoice for a refund.

Processing Refunds:

Once we have received your returned item and it has been inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank's policies.

Exchange Policy:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at delivery. If you need to exchange a product, reach out to our customer support, and they will guide you through the process.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
